About me

I began my postpartum doula journey in 2021 after a training with DONA International. Today, I am a fully certified postpartum Doula with DONA International. Reflecting on my own postpartum experience, I was unprepared for the physical and emotional support that I needed during that time. I thought the love I had for my newborn baby would be all I needed to recover from birth. I thought chest feeding was instinctive, I thought my needs as a parent, a mother, a wife didn't matter any longer.  I was wrong.

I am a nurturer by nature and very organized. My goal is to make your transition into parenthood a happy one so you can enjoy your early days with baby. I do not discriminate on the basis of sexual orientation, race or religion. LGBTQIA families welcomed and embraced.

I am originally from Paris, France and spent my college years in London. I've lived in Raleigh with my husband and two kids since 2005.  I'm bilingual in French and English.  I love traveling, cooking, reading, and having good coffee in almost any settings.
